কলকাতা: ময়না এলাকায় ধর্নায় বসলেন তমলুক লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের বিজেপি প্রার্থী অভিজিৎ গঙ্গোপাধ্যায় (Abhijit Gangopadhyay)৷ ষষ্ঠ দফার ভোটে সকাল থেকেই উত্তেজনা রয়েছে৷ বেশ কয়েকবার বিক্ষোভের মুখে পড়তে হয়েছে প্রাক্তন  বিচারপতিকে৷ বেলার দিকে তিনি বসলেন ধর্নায় (Dharna) ৷

ময়নার বিজেপি প্রার্থী অশোক দিন্দার (Ashok Dinda) আপ্ত সহায়কের বাড়িতে পুলিশি তল্লাশির প্রতিবাদে ধর্নায় বসেন অভিজিৎ। তাঁর অভিযোগ, ময়না (Moyna) পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির বিরোধী দলনেতা গৌতম গুরুকে খুঁজে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। শুক্রবার রাত থেকে তাঁর দুটো ফোনে বহুবার ফোন করা হলেও উত্তর মেলেনি। গৌতমের স্ত্রীর কাছ থেকে এই অভিযোগ পেয়েই তাঁর বাড়িতে পৌঁছন তমলুক কেন্দ্রের বিজেপি প্রার্থী (Tamluk BJP Candidate)। এর পর গৌতমের বাড়ির সামনেই ধর্নায় বসে পড়েন তিনি।

Bengal:  Abhijit Gangopadhyay is in dharna at Moyna area. In Moyna, Tamluk’s BJP candidate Abijit Gangopadhyay staged a dharna, protesting a police search at Ashok Dinda’s aide’s house. Tensions have been high since the start of the sixth phase of voting. Gangopadhyay faced several protests and eventually sat in dharna by noon. Abijit protested against the police search at the house of Ashok Dinda’s aide. He also raised concerns about the missing opposition leader, Gautam Guru, from the Moyna Panchayat Samiti. Since Friday night, repeated calls to Guru’s two phones went unanswered. Following a complaint from Guru’s wife, Abijit reached their house and started the dharna right in front of it.
